Problem

Freed needed growth to meet its annual goals. With a lean Growth team and neither lifecycle tooling nor activation programs, Freed commissioned Sunny Launch to build out its first programs, quickly.

Approach

Sunny Launch called on its deep experience building-from-scratch, and collaborated closely with the Head of Growth and Product teams to establish Freed's lifecycle foundation:

  • New program builds. A deep end-to-end audit focusing on the customer, data, and tools, that culminated in an actionable strategy; followed by high-velocity execution.

  • High visibility. Sunny Launch co-developed a roadmap, with Freed's Head of Growth, to identify key milestones, deliverables, and dependencies, to maintain tight alignment on priorities and goals.

  • Highly collaborative. Sunny Launch acted as an embedded, autonomous member of the Freed team to advise and troubleshoot technical issues with Product & Engineering, and to advise on lifecycle's strategic direction with senior leadership.
